Case: The client lost his phone and there is no backup or private key provided by freewallet on its dogecoin wallet. therefore, the client can’t access to his dogecoin. the bad thing is he even cant remember how he signup or login with freewallet. he forgot about most thing and only have very poor memory on it.
Solution: we have freewallet doge wallet app on our phone. we finally recovered his doge by trying the info he provided.
