Case: the client bought doge in 2015 and don’t know how much. then he put all into the multidoge wallet. backed up the key and password. he did not have the wallet file backup. now when he try to import the private key into Multidoge wallet and the wallet does not sync. closing and restarting the multidoge does not work.
Solution: Multidoge is not a good wallet as it is not updated regularly. we finally decrypted the wallet key.
